Muzeul Na\u021bional al Literaturii Rom\u00e2ne, \u00een parteneriat cu Ambasada Republicii Slovace \u00een Rom\u00e2nia, organizeaz\u0103, \u00een perioada 16 octombrie \u2013 3 noiembrie 2024, \u00een cadrul colec\u021biei de baz\u0103 din strada Nicolae Cre\u021bulescu nr.8, expozi\u021bia de design contemporan \u2013 Patrik Illo & Aleksandra Stencel: Designed in Slovakia<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\u201ePatrik Illo \u0219i Aleksandra Stencel sunt printre cei mai aprecia\u021bi designeri ai Slovaciei, crea\u021biile lor fiind bine cunoscute \u00een multe \u021b\u0103ri europene. […] Designul lor nu este superficial sau str\u0103lucitor, ci bine g\u00e2ndit, modest, dar eficient. Lucr\u0103rile lor demonstreaz\u0103 m\u0103iestria cu care pot jongla \u00eentre diverse tehnici de prelucrare a sticlei, folosind estetica contrastului, combin\u00e2nd cu succes principiile creative moderne \u0219i post-moderne \u00eentr-un singur obiect. Patrik Illo este un respectat profesor universitar specializat \u00een tehnicile de prelucrare a sticlei. A absolvit Academia de Arte Frumoase \u0219i Design din Bratislava \u0219i \u0219i-a perfec\u021bionat ulterior tehnicile de lucru \u00een Marea Britanie, Fran\u021ba \u0219i Italia. De-a lungul carierei sale a creat folosind diverse modalit\u0103\u021bi, tehnici \u0219i medii de exprimare artistic\u0103. Este, de asemenea, organizator \u0219i curator de expozi\u021bii \u0219i simpozioane. Patrick Illo \u0219i Aleksandra Stencel lucreaz\u0103 \u00eempreun\u0103 \u00een cadrul studioului de design ILLOLA, dar \u0219i independent, fiind specializa\u021bi \u00een design de produs pentru importante manufacturi de sticl\u0103 slovace, cehe \u0219i poloneze.<\/p>\n

Vernisajul expozi\u021biei va avea loc miercuri, 16 octombrie 2024<\/strong>, ora 18.30<\/strong>, \u00een prezen\u021ba arti\u0219tilor. Expozi\u021bia poate fi vizitat\u0103 de mar\u021bi p\u00e2n\u0103 duminic\u0103, \u00een intervalul orar 10.00 \u2013 18.00.<\/p>\n

The National Museum of Romanian Literature, in partnership with the Embassy of Slovak Republic in Romania, organizes, between October 16 – November 3, 2024, within the museum collection at Nicolae Cre\u021bulescu Street no. 8, the exhibition of contemporary design – Patrik Illo & Aleksandra Stencel: Designed in Slovakia<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

„Patrik Illo and Aleksandra Stencel are among Slovakia’s most acclaimed designers, their work is well known in many European countries. […] Their design is not shallow or flashy, but well thought out, often spare; modest, yet effective. Their works demonstrate the mastery with which they can juggle various glass processing techniques, using the aesthetics of contrast, successfully combining modern and post-modern creative principles in a single object. Patrik Illo is a respected university professor specializing in glass processing techniques. He graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Bratislava and later perfected his working techniques in Great Britain, France and Italy. Throughout his career he has created using various modalities, techniques and mediums of artistic expression. He is also an organizer and curator of exhibitions and symposia. Since 2010, he is the head of the Glass Department of the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Bratislava.” Ph Dr. Petr Nov\u00fd, Museum of Glass and Jewelery in Jablonec nad Nisou<\/em><\/p>\n

Patrick Illo and Aleksandra Stencel work together in the ILLOLA design studio, but also independently, specializing in product design for important Slovak, Czech and Polish glass manufactures.<\/p>\n

The opening of the exhibition will take place on Wednesday<\/strong>, October 16<\/strong>, 2024<\/strong>, at 6:30 p.m.<\/strong>, in the presence of the artists. The exhibition can be visited from Tuesday to Sunday, between 10.00 and 18.00.<\/p>\n
