The event will take place on Wednesday, June 19th, from 6 p.m., at The National Museum of Romanian Literature (Nicolae Cre\u021bulescu Street no.8).<\/p>\n<p>Thomas Cousineau is the author of \u201cAfter the Final No: Samuel Beckett\u2019s Trilogy\u201d, \u201c<em>Waiting for Godot<\/em>: Form in Movement\u201d, \u201cRitual Unbound: Reading Sacrifice in Modernist Fiction\u201d, \u201cThree-Part Inventions: The Novels of Thomas Bernhard\u201d, and guest editor of \u201cBeckett in France,\u201d a special issue of the Journal of Beckett Studies.\u00a0 His most recent book, \u201cAn Unwritten Novel: Fernando Pessoa\u2019s <em>The Book of Disquiet<\/em>\u201d received an \u201cOutstanding Title\u201d citation from the American Library Association.<\/p>\n<p>The website for his current book-in-progress, entitled &#8222;The S\u00e9ance of Reading: Uncanny Designs in Modernist\u00a0 Writing,&#8221; is available at <a href=\"https:\/\/sites.google.com\/site\/thedaedaluscomplex\/home\">https:\/\/sites.google.com\/site\/thedaedaluscomplex\/home<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>This lecture, which will be given in English, is organized with the generous support of the Bucharest City Hall and is open to public free of charge.
